Field Measuring and Templating
The countertops are measured and templated at your home. Your sink, faucet and any slide-in cooktop need to be on site first, because the stone is cut to fit those exact pieces.
Fabrication
The slabs are cut and finished in the Carson City shop, including sink cutouts, faucet holes and edges. Granite, quartz, quartzite, marble and porcelain are all fabricated there.
Installation
Floors and cabinets are protected, and each piece is dry-fitted and checked against the measurements before it goes in. Then the countertops are glued in place, the seams are joined and the sink is caulked.

The Quartz Kitchen Package includes one undermount stainless steel sink. On other projects, you buy the sink, and it needs to be on site before templating so the cutout fits it exactly. The same goes for the faucet and any slide-in cooktop.
